              Please read and agree to the following before signing:
              1. Cancellations – All cancellations must be made in writing.
              2. Damage/Breakages – The lead guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused during the stay for which the deposit will then not be refunded.
              3. No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.
              4. Pets – Only permitted if agreed in advance.
              5. Site Rules – Guests must comply with all park rules and regulations. Any breach of rules will result in immediate vacation of the unit
