Absolutely. Many owners add their own personal touches to make their holiday home feel even more special and comfortable. External additions and decking options may be available subject to park guidelines and approvals.

What ongoing costs should I expect?

Owning a holiday home includes some ongoing running costs, which may vary depending on the park and holiday home selected.

These can include:

  • Annual pitch fees
  • Utilities such as gas, electricity, water and Wifi
  • Insurance

Our team will always explain the costs clearly before purchase so you can make an informed decision.

Can I finance a holiday home purchase?

Finance options may be available through approved third-party providers, subject to status.

Do I need holiday home insurance?

In many cases, owners may have the opportunity to upgrade or part exchange their holiday home, subject to age and manufacturer guidelines. Our team will be happy to discuss the options available to you.

Is there an owners community?

Many of our owners enjoy the welcoming and friendly atmosphere across our parks. From peaceful surroundings to social events and shared interests, ownership often becomes about much more than simply owning a holiday home.

What support is available after purchase?

Our park teams are here to support owners throughout their ownership journey. Whether you have questions about your holiday home, park facilities or seasonal preparation, we’ll always do our best to help.

Can I arrange a viewing before purchasing?

Of course. We always recommend visiting the park, exploring the local area and viewing available holiday homes before deciding.

How long can I keep my holiday home on the park?

Licence agreements and holiday home terms vary by park and manufacturer. Our team will always clearly explain the agreement term and available options before purchase. We are currently offering an extended pitch licence for 2026 of up to 27 years subject to year of manufacture.

Are there age limits on holiday homes?

Holiday homes and upgrade options are subject to park guidelines and manufacturer considerations which may vary by location.
