Farm Trail Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership cards must be provided upon entry for all membership holders. Adults will need to provide photo ID alongside their membership card.
2. Memberships are not transferable and non-refundable. They cannot be sold or given away to a third party.
3. Failure to present a valid membership card will result in a charge of the ‘on the gate’ admission rate.
4. Lost membership cards should be reported to Sharnfold Farm immediately. A new card will be provided once. Thereon after, a charge of £3 will be payable.
5. Visitors aged 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Photocopies of Membership Cards will not be accepted.
7. Special Event days are excluded and subject to additional charge.
8. Due to unforeseen circumstances should Sharnfold Farm have to close due to circumstances beyond its control in part or full additional time will be added to the end of your membership.
9. All Membership Cards remain the property of Sharnfold Farm and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, allowing a third party to attempt to gain access with a Membership Card of which they are not the valid holder.
10. Membership Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or voucher. And any booking fees, benefits and discounts listed on our website are subject to change at any time.
11. All correspondence will be sent via the email provided on this form. If your information changes, and you don’t let us know, we cannot be held responsible for communications that don’t reach you.
12. Off-peak memberships are not valid outside of the East Sussex School Term times.
