• Ticket Sales: Online ticket sales close at midnight the day before your visit. If you haven’t booked in advance, tickets will still be available at the till on the day.
• Outdoor Attraction: Please check the weather forecast and dress appropriately for your visit.
• Wet Weather Warranty: If it rains for more than two hours during your visit, online ticket holders can return for free within 30 days. Return tickets must be claimed at the till before leaving (not available online or retrospectively).
